ABOUT ME
I help people reconnect with their own inner wisdom, and take real steps forward from there.
I've always had one foot in two worlds — the logical and the intuitive. As a child, I was interpreting dreams at the breakfast table. At 19, I found meditation, and something in me settled.
That thread never left. I earned a Master's in Experiential Health and Healing, trained as a coach through Duke Integrative Medicine, and kept deepening my own practice — mindfulness, somatic awareness, the quiet work of coming home to yourself. These are the same tools I lean on in my own life.
Today, I bring it all together: meditation, grounded next steps, and a clarity that’s as practical as it is intuitive.
I believe the wisdom you need is already in you. I'm just here to help you find it.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
I spent years as an attorney, mentor, and coach — work that was genuinely rewarding, and taught me how to help people navigate hard decisions with clarity and confidence. Eventually, I felt the pull to focus fully on integrative coaching, meditation, and well-being, where I could do this even more directly.
