My approach is holistic and responsive, drawing on mindfulness, meditation, somatic awareness, and reflection depending on what is most helpful in the moment.

Over time, this supports greater self-awareness and helps you make decisions that feel more aligned with your authentic self and overall well-being.

Each session begins with where you are and what feels most present.

You are in charge of your goals and direction, and I act as a guide— never telling you what to do, but supporting you in exploring what feels right for you at your own pace.

We create a practical plan to support what you want to focus on, and we return to it at each session, adjusting it as things unfold and as your needs and awareness shift.

I hold a safe, confidential space where you can slow down, reflect, and understand what you want to move toward, and what might be getting in the way.

From there, we work with what emerges in the moment through reflection, conversation, and supportive practices.

If you’re ready to focus on a specific area of your life and create meaningful change, this program offers structured support over six weeks.

Together, we clarify your focus, create a clear and practical plan, and continue to refine it as things unfold so it stays realistic and aligned with your life.

You’ll be supported in staying connected to your inner wisdom while we review progress, work through challenges, and you decide how to adjust your direction as you go.

This includes:

  • Welcome and preparation materials

  • Initial 75-minute coaching session to clarify your focus and create a practical plan forward

  • 5 weekly 50-minute coaching sessions to support progress, reflection, and adjustments

  • Email support between sessions (during business hours)

  • Guided practices to support reflection and inner clarity

  • Optional resources to support ongoing self-awareness and bringing insights into daily life.

Bonus:

A 45-minute meditation session to help you start or deepen a regular practice to connect with your inner wisdom
