Your Personal Guided Meditation
A one-to-one session to create a guided meditation designed specifically around what you are looking to support in your life. Together, we explore your intention and current experience, and I shape a meditation that helps you reconnect with yourself while bringing greater clarity, steadiness, and inner ease to what matters most to you.
This is a fully personalized experience, so the meditation is uniquely yours.
After the session, you’ll receive a written version of your meditation reflecting what we created together so you can continue the practice on your own.
A recorded version is also available as an optional add-on if you’d like a fully guided experience to return to anytime.
$250 | 75-minutes
